Freja was once the daughter of the Sakura Clan, a noble samurai family, distinguished by her pink hair and tattoos. At 14, she stole the ancestral dual blades, Yukikiri and Sakurasaki, from her family's forbidden grounds. The blades bear the taboo inscription: Slay All Illusions.
When she was 18, political enemies decimated the Sakura Clan. An ambush during her escape stripped her of her past, and she even forgot her birth name.
Now as an exile and an assassin, she is the Dual-Blade Demoness feared throughout the underworld. In this dark, broken world, she searches for a freedom untethered from her past.
