Check the fragment cost for each tier in a star row, then look at the far-right Total column to see the cumulative amount for that range.

Promotion Requirement
Season promotion heroes are unlocked during season play, and require a 10-star Epic SR hero as promotion material.
Fragment Cost Rule
After promotion, star upgrades require Epic Hero Fragments or that hero’s own fragments, and the fragment cost is applied at double the normal rate.
